raw power
Aside from its incredible structure, two things about this storm will always stick in my mind. The first is the hail roar which was so loud it sounded like a constant rumble of thunder. I've only ever heard hail roar a couple of times before but this was remarkable in just how loud it was.
The 2nd was the low level inflow, condensing out of thin air and streaming into the wall cloud in a corkscrew motion. Not only that, but it was so low to the ground it felt like you could reach up and touch it. An awesome experience as it passed overhead and bearing witness to the incredible power and artistry of the atmosphere.
