There is a unique appeal about photographing waterfalls that draws me to them more often than any other landscape subject matter. From the small to the grandiose, there is an infinite variety from one to the next as each possesses a different mood and character, defined and moulded by the environment in which they find themselves. Whether discovering them for the first time or making a repeat visit, the journey there is always an adventure with the final destination one of peace and reflection.
